Send tail first class with tracking number as I do not trust regular mail and it's precious cargo! * US orders: From the time that I receive the tail, the pieces generally take 6-8 weeks. * CDN orders: The pieces generally take 6+ weeks from the time I receive the tail. I do keep in contact with you through the entire process and send items FIRST CLASS with a tracking number.

The amount of hair required varies greatly by style. Earrings: Earrings on average require a section of tail 1/4" wide and approximately 10"-12" in length or (2) 1/4" wide and approximately 5"-6" in length. Necklace: Necklaces on average require a section of tail 1/4" wide and approximately 5"-6" in length. Keychain: Keychains on avergage require a section of tail 1/2" wide by 8"-10" in length Zipper Pull: Same amount as necklace • Please send tail first class with tracking number as I do not trust regular mail and it's precious cargo!

Yes, I would prefer that you send CLEAN horse hair prior to sending and make certain it is DRIED thoroughly. DO NOT SEND dirty or damp horse hair as it will be full of mildew.

Absolutely! All usable horse hair will be returned to you with your finished order unless you specify otherwise.

No problem! I have extra horsehair to use for your order. Please note that my horse hair is 100% cruelty free. It is not sourced from slaughter-houses, but instead from customers who choose to allow it to remain here for orders such as this.

- Store your jewelry separately so it doesn't scratch other jewelry. -Metal may tarnish. This is a natural occurrence due to exposure to sulfur or hydrogen sulfide in the air. To avoid tarnish, please store in a jewelry box or pouch. - Always last on, first off - Jewelry should only be put on after washing and applying any makeup, hair spray, gels, lotions or perfume. - It is not recommended to get your horse hair jewelry wet as this can create mildew, or even tarnish the hardware. Do not swim or bathe with keepsake - If your keepsakes does get wet, please allow them to dry in a natural manner.
